I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals across a variety of mental health settings. I understand that beginning therapy takes courage — and that issues like depression, anxiety, grief, trauma and post-traumatic stress can feel overwhelming to face alone. In our work together, I believe in starting exactly where you are. My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that with the right support and tools, meaningful healing is possible. You may also meet Daisy, my therapy dog in training. Daisy brings a calm and comforting presence to sessions and often offers a sense of grounding and connection for those who find comfort in animals. I want you to know that you don't have to face things alone. Whether you are navigating a difficult season, seeking clarity, or simply looking for a space to feel heard and understood, I am here to help.
